Phantom Control Secret
1m 36s
Setup: All you need is a regular deck of playing cards. Hold the bottom stack of the deck in one hand. The spectator will add their card on top of that pile. Quickly push that lower half of the deck up and over the top half while tilting your wrist up. We recommend practicing these moves separately…then combining them. Your audience will not notice if you keep talking and handle the cards as if everything is normal. The tilting up motion of your hands will help hide the piles switching. This instantly positions their chosen card at the top of the deck.
Pro Tip: This control move works best when your spectators are seated at a table in front of you. Of course, you can do it if they are standing, but the angles are more in your favor if only you are standing.
